Great to use up the leftover apples from last week or two.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Peel, core and slice apples. Place apple slices into a 8" x 8" pan.
Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add cold butter in small pieces. Cut butter into mixtures until texture is crumbly.
Top apple slices with crumbly mixture.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
