Suggest a better description1.Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large pot. Boil gently, uncovered, about 1 hour stirring occasionally, until thickened. 2. Cool slightly (mixture will continue to thicken as it cools). Pour into jars, cook, cover and refrigerate. Makes 7 cups. Age for 3 days. Refrigerate up to 2 months.
