LenaBean35 5 months agoMade it again this Thanksgiving year. I had gas before, now electric. I made it in a square, glass pan. This time, I used brown sugar and cinnamon with crushed walnuts with the crumble.

luvdve 1 year agoIt was awesome! Added crushed hazelnuts to the crumb topping.
lolahbf 2 years agoVery nice. Although it was my first time making any kind of pie so I left it in WAY too long meaning the pastry soaked up all the liquid. The crumble was very nice but again, I left it in too long and it got too hard. It tastes nice with cream or ice cream :)
Fitoussi614 2 years agoHey every, just posted the pick of my pie. Great recipe, everyone enjoyed it. I also added brown sugar to my crumble and next time I might put in some raisins or cranberries.
