Suggest a better descriptionSalt and sage chops. Brown chops in hot skillet in oil or butter. Place chops in casserole. Add onions to skillet and saute until tender. Place onions on top of chops. In skillet put juice and flour and stir to mix. Add vinegar, molasses and raisins to skillet. Blend well. Pour over chops. Put apple slices on top.
