These are delicious and a family favorite here. Who can resist a muffin that tastes like apple pie for breakfast.. I have also made these using splenda sugar substitutes, and sunflower oil vs butter to reduce the calories a bit and make them a bit more heart healthy. They are just as good.

"Just made these, and had one with some double cream, I cannot get across how lovely these muffins are, they are so light and fluffy, I've never made muffins before, but I will certainly make these again, I changed absolutely nothing of the recipe, they're perfect as they are, although I did have to convert the cups into grams as I'm in the UK. Beautiful, thanks for sharing it! "

Made these couldn't believe how easy they where. I used olive oil instead of butter and put the apples in the blender instead of chopping (haha lazy I know). They turned out so yummy I had to bake a second batch they disappeared so quickly lol

Absolutely delicious. My first time making muffins and they came out great. Used olive oil instead of the butter but still amazing. Definitely will be making again.
