"This is the BEST banana bread I have made in ages. As I didn't have apple sauce I used pear sauce. I also lined my pan with parchment paper rather than spray. I don't know if that made the difference but this bread is incredibly moist without the two toned color in my finished bread. I had place my bread in the oven and after a few minutes I realized I had forgotten to add the vanilla. Since there was already a thin layer forming I chose to just sprinkle the vanilla over the top. Still taste excellent. Thank you for sharing your recipe."

Tried this recipe and found it delicious! Moist and very flavorful! I added a sprinkle of brown sugar on the top for a little something extra. Will definitely be one of my go to recipes!

I used the dark brown sugar (1 cup) and I used sea salt instead. and used 5 very brown bananas. I did not follow the mixing directions. :) I mixed it in order down the recipe! I'm a rebel. It came out great!

I just made this and it smells amazing. I put it in 2 smaller loaf pans and it took 40 minutes to bake. I added cinnamon & chopped walnuts as well. Can't wait to give it a taste once it cools down!!!!
