HeatherfergTasty dish. I used dried and soaked apricots instead of apricot preserves adding the liquid from the reconstituted apricots. (12 apricots and 1/4 cup of water.)5y ago
CoetessVery tasty. Chops very tender with a different taste. Definitley use canned apricots5y ago
Swotboy2000I thought the mustard overpowered the apricot mixture a little, perhaps halving the amount to 1 tsp would be enough. However, I would definitely have this again, and recommend it to anyone.6y ago
JamesnSarahWow! This recipe was delicious! I loved the flavours and colors. We made it with sweet potato mash and a cream/brocoli soup and an ear of corn...altogether about half an hour - about 8 minutes to actually prepare the lamb itself. If anything, I'd say it's a wee bit on the sweet side (and we used "simply fruit smuckers - no sugar added), but, it was such an excellent dish that I'm sending a copy of it to every cook I know!7y ago
