A delicious way to eat artichokes with a browned parmesan top.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
1. Toss artichokes with basting oil, salt, and pepper in braising pan;
sprinkle evenly with cheese.
2. Bake 30 min, until cheese is light golden brown. Remove from oven.
Weightwatchers 1.2 points per serving.
Garnish with 1 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley (flat leaf)
