Asiago Cheese Grits

Great for brunch


3 cup Water
3 cup Milk
1 1/2 cup Quick cooking grits
2 cup Asiago cheese
1/3 cup Fresh basil; chopped
1/3 cup Fresh chives; chopped
1/3 cup Fresh parsley; chopped
3 tablespoon Butter
Salt to taste

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Boil water, milk and salt. gradually whisk in grits.

Cook, stirring often, 6-7 min or until thickened. Remove from heat.

Stir in remaining ingredents until blended.
