1 Onion; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon red chilli pepper; chopped
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
375 mL canned evaporated milk
250 mL Chicken Stock
1/2 teaspoon coconut essence
250 grams firm tofu; cut into cubes
300 grams raw prawns; peeled and deveined
200 grams thin egg noodles
100 grams snow peas; sliced
125 grams bean sprouts
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
