Asian wing sauce
Sauté ginger and garlic in sesame oil for a minute. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer for around fifteen minutes to marry flavors. If desired, thicken sauce with a cornstarch slurry. Season to taste. Garnish with black and white sesame seeds and scallions cut on the bias. Deep fry wings and toss in sauce.
