Meanwhile, cook peppers and tomatoes in lg skillet on med high heat 2 to 3 min or until crisp tender, stirring frequently
Add pasta mixture, broth, ream cheese and oregano to skillet;
Mix well
Cook and stir 5 min or till sauce is slightly thickened
Top with shredded cheese and cook 2 to 3 min until cheese begins to melt
Can add 1 ½ c cooked shrimp or chopped cooked chicken to skillet with the cooked pasta
Can substitute yellow pepper strips
