Nice Thai dish with a little spice. Simple, fast, inexpensive and easy to make. This, personally, is my favorite Thai dish. Enjoy!
In a wok or large frying pan, add oil and heat over medium high heat.
Add chicken and cook until mostly done.
Add onion, celery and jalapenos and saute with chicken for 3 to 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium then add asparagus, mushrooms, red bell pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken stock and sugar and let cook for about 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. Serve over rice or noodles.
