Jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and mini-sausages.
1. Slice the jalapenos lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membrane.
2. Mix the cream cheese, monterey jack cheese, chipotle powder and minced shallots. Fill the hollowed-out portion of the peppers with the cheese mixture.
3. Place the lil-smokie on top of the cream cheese. Wrap in bacon. Use a toothpick if needed.
4. Smoke in smoker at 225 degrees for 2 hours or until bacon is browned
Oven: Cook at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes
