Amzaingly rich, decadent, moist carrot cake
Preheat oven to 350F
Grease and flour a 9X13 pan.
Beat cream cheese, eggs, oil and vanilla until smooth.
Combine flour, sugar, baking, powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to wet ingredients and beat until well mixed. Add carrots and walnuts and mix. Pour into pan and cook for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, vanilla, milk and icing sugar until smooth. Spread on cooled cake and ENJOY!
