1. For the topping. put 3/4 cup flour, sugar, oats, cinnamon and butter in a food processor and pulse to for moist clusters. Mix in walnuts
2. Using apple cutter, core apples and peel segments. Slice in food processor. Sprinkle with lemon juice at intervals to prevent browning.
3. Layer apples in a 9x13" buttered dish. Add cranberries, maple syrup, and ? Tb flour; mix. Scatter on topping.
4. Bake at 375? for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm, at room termperature, or chilled.
5. May serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
