1. Combine avocado, onion, lime juice or apple cider vinegar, celery, cilantro, sea salt, and yeast (if using) in a blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Variation - add half of a bell pepper, pinch of cayenne, garlic
