Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. With an electric mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, orange juice, vanilla, baking powder and baking soda. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and cinnamon and mix well. With spoon, stir in dried cranberries, chocolate chips and nuts. You may want to add more oats, cranberries, chips or nuts depending on your preference, mixture should be stiff and thick. Drop by large tablespoonful onto prepared pan. Shape and mold each cookie into a ball then flatten a bit. This will help the cookie stay together. Cookies may be may be placed close to each other as they do not spread much. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until set and beginning to brown around the edges. Cool 1 minute on the pan then remove to a wire rack. Cool completely before storing in a tight lidded container. Makes about 5 dozen; depending on the size of your cookies.
