I discovered this marinade and threw it on some wings one night for a quick dinner. The family went nuts for it and now want it every time I make wings!
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Marinate chicken in mixture for about 30 minutes to an hour. Bake as normal.
This can also be used as an agent to coat chicken and bake right away.
Lennyw05 4m agoThis was delicious. Nice heat and sweetness. I let my chicken sit in marinade overnight.
jrstack2014 1y agoThis was an awesome and easy to use marinade. I made a few changes to my own since we all have different tastes. Left out the mustard and butter, used half the curry it called for. Use it on chicken breast and pan fried it. Came out delicious
Sunday01cook 1y agoThis is a simple recipe and the chicken comes out really tender but the flavor doesn't pop enough for me, too mild but I enjoyed it and will probably serve this again.
Barn01 1y agoI have to admit, this is a fast and very flavorful marinade. 10min to make and let the chicken sit in it overnight. BBQ until seared and then dip it it back in the mix every time you go to flip. If your heat is set right and pulled off the grill when the center is 160F then you end up with a caramelized tender chicken that has more flavor than most anything you get in a restaurant. I swap the butter for olive oil or penunt oil and cut the salt in half or less.

cmorris25 2y agoI used this marinade on my rostisserie chicken and it turned out delicious.. I will definitely use this again.
GoodCooker12 2y agoI made this as written (light on the red pepper - toddlers eating) and loved it! It only had about 45 min to defrost while marinating and it was still very flavorful. Next time I'll marinate it longer for even more flavor. Definitely in the meal rotation!
