I discovered this marinade and threw it on some wings one night for a quick dinner. The family went nuts for it and now want it every time I make wings!

"I have to admit, this is a fast and very flavorful marinade. 10min to make and let the chicken sit in it overnight. BBQ until seared and then dip it it back in the mix every time you go to flip. If your heat is set right and pulled off the grill when the center is 160F then you end up with a caramelized tender chicken that has more flavor than most anything you get in a restaurant.
I swap the butter for olive oil or penunt oil and cut the salt in half or less. "

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Stick Butter
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon Curry powder
1 Tablespoon Onion powder
1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Black pepper
2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes; Adjust for heat preference
1 Teaspoon Dried thyme
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

Original recipe makes 6 Servings

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Marinate chicken in mixture for about 30 minutes to an hour. Bake as normal.

Notes

This can also be used as an agent to coat chicken and bake right away.

I used this marinade on my rostisserie chicken and it turned out delicious.. I will definitely use this again.

I made this as written (light on the red pepper - toddlers eating) and loved it! It only had about 45 min to defrost while marinating and it was still very flavorful. Next time I'll marinate it longer for even more flavor. Definitely in the meal rotation!

Very tasty!! I loved the sweet/spicy flavor!! I grilled my meat and it was tasty! My family loved it!! Next time ill save some marinade and make a glaze for the chicken once it's cooked!! Great recipe and very easy
