Suggest a better description1. Cook the chopped onion in the butter until it's glazed and browning.
2. Add the pickled pork chunks and cook until they're seared.
3. Add everything else except the ginger and pepper flakes and simmer for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
4. Serve over rice or noodles, I like using bean thread!
