Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Combine the pie spice, cayenne, salt and honey. Toss in the pecans until they are totattly coated. Spread them eve3nly on a lined baking sheet and bake until the honey bubbles and the uts are toasted. 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Dressing:
Combine the cinder vinegar, honey, and whole-grain and Dijon mustards, whisk together. Slowly wishk in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Salad:
Toss the spinach with three quarters of the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Distribute the spinach on serving plates. In the same bowl, toss the mushrooms and radishes with the remaining dressing and place them around the spinach. Sprinkle the apple and pecans on the top to finish.
