Teresa's Recipe
Combine the lemon juice, water, seasonings, and brown sugar. Add the shrimp and toss until the shrimp are covered. Marinate for 1 hour or longer. Preheat the oven broiler to 400 degrees. Wrap each shrimp in one of the half slices of bacon and secure with toothpick. Arrange the shrimp on a greased broiling pan in a single layer. Baste the shrimp liberally with the marinade and broil, turning and basting frequently for 5 to 10 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked.
