Bacon Asparagus Quiche

3 whole Eggs; whisked
1 1/4 cups Low Fat Milk
1 whole Onion; finely chopped
1 cup Cheese; grated
1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
2 whole rashes Bacon; chopped
1/4 cup Corn kernels
1 pinch Salt; to taste
1 pinch Pepper; to taste
4 Asparagus spears; chopped
3 whole Sun-dried tomatoes; chopped

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



1. Quick whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.

2. Add onion, cheese, flour, corn, asparagus, bacon and sun dried tomatoes, give another quick mix with wooden spoon.

3. Pour into greased quiche dish.

4. Bake in moderate oven (350 F) for 45 minutes.


Love it, quick to make, then wait. Great Friday night dinner, serve with side salad.

Added sliced tomato's on top and used prosciutto instead of bacon. Was fantastic.

I kind of mixed this one and another quiche recipe I found on here together but I really love the flavors. It was delicious.

Very tasty, left out the tomatoes and personal taste would suggest a little less cheese, but will be making again.

So easy to make and was enjoyed by guests. Will definitely make again. With salad and chips it made the perfect easy Sunday lunch:)
