A great way to spirits is with these easy bacon cheese appetizers. Keep them hot in a chafing dish and pspear them with small wooden picks.
1. Slice bacon in half.
2. Cut cheddar cheese in snall even cubes.
3. Sprinkle cheese cubes with cayenne pepper.
4. Wrap cheese cubes with bacon and secure with wooden picks.
5. Place on a baking sheet or in an ovenproof baking dish.
6. Broil for about 5 minutes, tuning over after 3 minutes or utnil cheese starts to melt and bacon is cooked to your liking. Garnish with cherry tomatoe.
7. Serve as an appetizer with celery or carrot sitcks or tortilla or other chips.
You can microwave this treat. Place prepared picks minus the cherry tomatoes. Place in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese starts to melt and bacon is done to your liking. Then garnish with cherry tomato.
