Bacon Gravy
1. Heat bacon grease; whisk in flour until smooth. Continue cooking, stirring continuously, until mixture is of desired color.
2. Mix in salt and pepper to taste
3. Wisk in milk, 1 cup at a time, until smooth.
4. Bring gravy to a good simmer, again stirring continuously, until thick.
