Suggest a better description1. In lg. ovenproof skillet, cook bacon over med. heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with slotted spoon. Remove drippings, reserving 2 tablespoons.
2. Return bacon to pan w/reserved drippings; sprinkle w/brown sugar.
3. In small bowl, combine pancake mix and water until just moistened. Pour into pan.
4. Bake at 350(F) for 18-20 min. or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 min. and invert onto a serving plate.
Serve warm with maple syrup and butter.
