Sweet and tangy!
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix first three ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
Heat oil in medium skillet, saut? onion and garlic until soft. Set aside until cool.
Mix eggs through milk. Add to meat, oatmeal, onion mixture and parsley in a large bowl. Mix with a fork until evenly blended.
Put loaf in pan with draining bottom. Brush loaf with glaze and then cover with bacon.
Bake until bacon is crisp (160) about 1 hour. Cool 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
