Bacon wrapped around shrimp
1. Preheat oven to 450F
2. Wrap shrimp with 1/2 slice bacon, securing in place with a toothpick or skew
3. Place a baking rack on the foil covered baking pan and place bacon wrapped shrimp on rack and place in the oven. Bake for around 10-15minutes until bacon is cooked.
4. If required, preheat bacon beforehand to avoid over cooking the shrimp
