nice little holiday gift for those who like Bailey's...this is a homemade version


2 Eggs
2 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon Instant coffee
2 cups Irish whiskey
2 cups Heavy cream
1 tablespoon Almond extract

Original recipe makes 2



Beat eggs. Slowly add other ingredients one at a time. Store in a dark glass bottle. Let rest for one week in a dark place. Then its ready to drink. It lasts one month on the shelf or three months in the fridge.
