Singaporean Chinese pork jerky - a must eat during the Chinese New Year.
Prepare the marinate by mixing all the ingredients together (except the pork) into bowl.
Add minced pork into marinate and mix it till it is slightly gluey.
Marinate it overnight in a fridge.
Preheat oven to 150C.
Spread the minced pork thinly on a baking sheet using hands, rolling pin or spoon.
Bake the pork sheet in a preheated oven for 15minutes.
Remove from oven and let it cool before cutting into small pieces.
Change oven mode to grill and increase temperature to 190C
Grill for 3-4 minutes and flip sides and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until a bright glossy red.
Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
