Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6. Wash the apples. Use a corer to remove the middle part of the apples, make sure that there is an hole thorough. Using a fork prick the apples around the middle. Mix lemon juice, sultanas and ground cinnamon together in a bowl. Full the holes in the apples with the sultanamix from both sides. Place the filled apples on a ovenproof dish and place it in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes. When baked cool down a little before you serve them. the inside is very hot. NOTES : A delicious and healthy dessert to be made by children.
