Tender & Flavourful baked chicken marinated in hoisin & Char Siew Sauce. Yummy!
Easy & tasty! Just make sure your marinade the chicken well.
Marinade the chicken legs in the Hoisin Suace, Char Siew Sauce & water for at least 30minutes. For best flavour, marinade overnight. Preheat over to 140 degrees celcius. Place chicken legs, skin down on the baking tray. Bake each side for 20 minutes, brushing the leftover marinade on the chicken occasionally. Increase oven temperature to 160 degrees celcius & bake each side for additional 10 minutes each. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on the chicken legs during the last 10 minutes. Cut up the chicken (optional) & serve hot.
