Ingredients

8 lg Chicken thighs; boneless and skinless opt.
2 cups Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 sm Onion; minced
1 tsp Dry mustard

Original recipe makes 8

Preparation

Mix italian dressing, soy sauce, onion and dry mustard together. Marinade chicken in 3/4 of the mixture, set aside 1/4 for basting. Broil on both sides until brown. Baste occasionally with the 1/4 mixture that was set aside. Cover and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve when juice runs clear (no pink should remain).
