Suggest a better description- Preheat oven to 200 deg C.
- Cook chicken in frying pan for 2 mins each side.
- place couscous in baking dish and pour over stock, oil, pepper and salt.
- place chicken on top of couscous.
- combine lemon zest, parsley and capers and sprinkle on top chicken.
- add olives and cover with lid or aluminium foil.
- bake 20 mins or till cooked
- serve with lemon wedges and rocket.
