Thaw fish per package instructions, rinse, and pat dry. Brush olive oil on both sides of fillets. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Press bread crumbs onto both sides of fish. Place fish on buttered cookie sheet or baking dish. Drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil per fish fillet. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
Broil to brown the top of fish if needed.
