Ready in 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks, about ¼-in by ¼-in.
Rinse the fries under cold water, place on paper towels, and pat dry.
Put fries in bowl with oil and salt and coat well.
Lay out the fries on the baking sheet lined with paper.
Cook for about 45 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, until the fries are golden-brown.

pugsruletheworld 3y agoThese were very tasty! I think mine looked better than the picture! They ended up bring in the oven about an hour after factoring in all the time in and out of the oven. Used red robin spice on half and regular salt on the other half and they were so good!!

Scarolinetxs 4y agoFolllow the directions...these are the best fries i have ever made at home. I use seasoned salt instead of regular.
