"These were very tasty! I think mine looked better than the picture! They ended up bring in the oven about an hour after factoring in all the time in and out of the oven. Used red robin spice on half and regular salt on the other half and they were so good!!"

1 Baking sheet
1 Parchment paper

2 pounds Russet potatoes; (about 6 medium)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt; (up to 2 tsp)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375°.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks, about ¼-in by ¼-in.

Rinse the fries under cold water, place on paper towels, and pat dry.

Put fries in bowl with oil and salt and coat well.

Lay out the fries on the baking sheet lined with paper.

Cook for about 45 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, until the fries are golden-brown.

Delicious! I added fresh shredded Parmesan Cheese and cracked pepper.

Very easy I love to try different spices each time I make this. My favorite so far has been the Sicilian Just a pinch from McCormick..Yummy

Folllow the directions...these are the best fries i have ever made at home. I use seasoned salt instead of regular.
