Top-ranked recipe named "Baked Garlic Cheese Mashed Potatoes"
Easy to make and surprisingly tasty way to pep up mashed potatoes.
"Wow... This dish was absolutely delicious! The whole family loved the creamy (not watery) texture of the potatoes. Every bite had a new zest of flavor in it-- you could taste everything: the three cheeses clashing deliciously, the roughness of the potatoes, and the hint of garlic... WONDERFUL!"- Comatose92
Boil and drain potateos. Cut into cubes and fold in cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, onion powder, garlic, and parsley. Mash well by hand, with ricer, or with an electric mixer. Place in a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. (Can be made ahead).

Tuggusone 7 months agoI made these last year at Thanksgiving. I added a bit more garlic but other than that everyone loved just them! Reviewing the recipe to add items to my grocery list for this year! These are Tatars a band mom and working mom can only make on special occasions!!
Lab1119 9 months agoGreat! Husband loved this! I used about half the amount of butter that the recipe called for and added a splash of 2% milk to make up for the consistency. Will definitely make this again!
