Easy to make and surprisingly tasty way to pep up mashed potatoes.
"Wow... This dish was absolutely delicious! The whole family loved the creamy (not watery) texture of the potatoes. Every bite had a new zest of flavor in it-- you could taste everything: the three cheeses clashing deliciously, the roughness of the potatoes, and the hint of garlic... WONDERFUL!"
Boil and drain potatoes. Cut into cubes and fold in cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, butter, onion powder, garlic, and parsley. Mash well by hand, with ricer, or with an electric mixer. Place in a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. (Can be made ahead).
PamInArk 1m agoThe flavor was terrific. We didn't bake it and it was a bit soupy. It was served with bbq pork ribs and asparagus.

Jenni_8675309 11m agoThese are delicious! Perfect amount of cheese and garlic. I also used half the butter and added milk. Also I didn't bother baking, just served like traditional mashed potatoes. Went perfectly with BBQ chicken.

flambe99 1y agoThis is not your normal mashed potatoes dish. Delicious when you want garlicky, cheesy potatoes, though!
