1 package elbow macaroni; (16oz)
2 Eggs
1 can evaporated milk; (12oz)
1/4 cup butter; (melted)
2 TBL prepared mustard
1 tsp season salt
1 tsp pepper
8 oz velvetta cheese (melted)
2 cups shredded mild cheddar; (divided)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar; (divided)

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



Cook Macaroni

Whisk eggs, milk, butter, mustard, season salt and pepper

Stir in velvetta and 1 1/2 cups of both cheeses

Mix w/ macaroni and put into a greased 3 quart dish

Top w/ remaining cheeses and bake @ 350 uncovered for 25 - 30 mintues

I used shells instead of elbows and used sour cream instead of mustard. Absolutely delicious.

The best Mac and cheese but I add a bag of low sodium bacon bits!!!! Love it!! Made 4 pounds for my nephews grad party and only had about 3 servings left!! Was a big hit!!

Calls for too much mustard :/ but other then that I like this recipe bc it's very cheesy :)
