1.Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in large oven proof skillet over med high heat. Add peppers and onions and saute til slightly soft about 2 min. Add garlic and saute another minute. Remove from heat and add tomatoes and olives. Stir
2. Place fish fillets in skillet and spoon tomatoes and vegetables over top. Sprinkle with herbs, lemon juice, pepper and drizzles remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil.
3. Bake 15-20 min or til flakes with fork. Top each serving with feta.
