I love this recipe! It's so warm and comforting in the morning. I make it vegan by using flax eggs instead of eggs and coconut milk instead of dairy milk and coconut oil in place of butter. I also add blueberries and chopped walnuts.

Yum! I added raisins and cinnamon. I will definitely make again.

Good recipe I have made it several times now and the kids love it. I reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup. But other than that I followed the recipe.

Was like individual, crumbly, barely moist grains of oatmeal. We added yogurt on top because it was too dry. Won't make again.

again, great tasting easy to cook meal. I prepped this recipe for 4 serving and adjusted the cook time and added raisins to the mix. It turned out excellent, I added a little cinnamon after plating it up.

I've tried to cut this recipe down in order to make one or two servings but that certainly was more trouble than it was worth. So I ended up doing a serving of four. I will have to say it was a simple enough recipe and process to make it worthwhile. I thought the brown sugar was going to be too much but it was not too sweet. It was very tasty.

This was too buttery for my taste, so ended up diluting it with plain oatmeal. I also added raisins and cut some of the brown sugar.

We liked this version of baked oatmeal the best. I've tried several in the big oven recipes. The prep instructions make more sense and the oatmeal bakes perfectly.
