Preheat oven to 375. Place pan in oven until preheated.
Mix milk, flour, egg, sugar, and any spices in blender container. Melt butter in pan, and pour batter in. Bake for 8-10 minutes if using individual pans, 10-12 if using a single pan for multiple pancakes. Depth of pancakes should never be more than a 1/2".
Sauce to accompany: Mix sour cream or greek yogurt with sugar, and heat in microwave for around 10-15 seconds, until warm.
