Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil a large baking dish. 2. Peel, core, and thinly slice pears and layer in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle with lime juice and rum. 3. Combine almonds, cinnamon, and date sugar. Sprinkle over pears. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and place pan under broiler. Broil to a light golden brown (3 to 5 minutes), and serve immediately.
