Baked Pork Chops & Apple Gravy

Baked Pork Chops & Apple Gravy

Ready in 55 minutes

I usually marinate the chops in a mixture of teriyaki sauce, honey, guldens mustard, black pepper and garlic for at least 3 hours or overnight to add even more flavor.

2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash garlic pepper seasoning
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cherry balsamic vinegar

2 cups applesauce
1 onion; sliced
1 granny smith apple; sliced
