Suggest a better descriptionBrown pork chops. Rinse sauerkraut under cold water and drain. Place in roaster, set browned chops on top, and set roaster aside.
Add a tablespoon of flour to skillet drippings and whisk until blended. Add enough water to make a light gravy. Pour gravy over sauerkraut, cover and bake at 300 degrees for at least 2 hours, adding water if needed. Add hot dogs about 1/2 hour before baking is done.
