beat first 6 ingredients together in medium bowl until smooth
dip bread slices into egg mixture until soaked. place on 11x17 inch well greased baking sheet. pour any remaining egg mixture over bread slices. let stand for 5 min to allow egg mixture to soak into bread. bake at 350 for 10 min per side until set and edges are golden
to serve sprinkle with icing sugar
