"Pretty good; definitely used up lots of veggies in the fridge along with eggs which we have too many of from our hens. To improve I'd want to experiment with more spices as this tended to be a little bland for my taste. My husband added tabasco sauce to his and liked it. Out four year old liked it. We added a bit of chopped ham too which tasted quite good in it. "

Love this recipe! Will be making this a regular dish at our house! I used so many vegetables! This is great for all those veggies That need to be used up. I only put in about 1/2 cup breadcrumbs because that's all I had, but it still came out great!

Love it :-) Didn't add as much cheese but still tasted great. I also reduced the egg and milk to 1 egg in 1 cup milk. Great recipe!!
