A different appetizer. Yummy and, well... oniony! Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add onion, and saute 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Stir together rest of ingredients; stir in onion, blending well.
3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
4. Bake at 375? for 25 minutes, and let stand for 10 minutes.
