Suggest a better descriptionBrown the lean ground beef and the hot italian sausage until brown. Add the diced onion and garlic cook until both are translucent. Drain any liquid. Add the tomato sauce, jar of Prego, the diced tomatoes and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-2 1/2 hours. During this time, add the salt and pepper to taste with the Herbs de Provence. With about an hour to go add the grated Parmesan Reggiano Cheese.
