Suggest a better descriptionCook pasta al dente, 8 mins. For sauce, cook sausage, onion, mushroom and garlic in large pan till browned, 5-8 mins. Add spaghetti sauce, wine, basil and oregano. Let cook 15 mins. Cover bottom of large rectangular baking dish with a thin layer of sauce. Layer half the pasta, half the provolone (5 slices) , half the ricotta, half the sauce. Then layer the rest of the pasta, provolone, ricotta, mozzarella, and sauce. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 35-45 mins.
