Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven at 350. Prepare a 8 x 4 x 2" loaf pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, and cloves. In another mixing bowl, combine bananas, water, sour cream, and egg whites. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 60 minutes.
